EL-156 is high quality of KT-88, but sound is much better than KT-88. Preamp part used UTC HA-117 as output transformer, tubes are 12AY7.
Auto bias, triode connection, output is about 12W.
Sound is very beautiful and rich. Anyone who think 300B sound lack of rich and powerful, should try this one.
